The Find Your Fumble assistant

The assistant on the homepage does not store your conversation. It is held in your browser while the tab is open and it is gone when you close it. Nothing is written to a database, because this site does not have one.

To answer you, the messages you type are sent to Mistral, an AI provider based in the European Union, and their reply is sent back. They are not stored here afterwards. Do not type anything into it you would not put in a normal message, which is good advice for any chat box on any website.

If you would rather not use it at all, message Dipikaa on WhatsApp instead. You lose nothing.

Analytics

Analytics only run if you press Allow on the cookie notice. Press Decline and nothing loads. There is no tracking before you choose, and no dark pattern making Decline harder to find than Allow.

What analytics tell us is which pages people read and roughly where they came from. Not who you are.

When you get in touch

If you message on WhatsApp or send an email, Dipikaa has that conversation and whatever you chose to put in it. She uses it to answer you and to teach you if you become a student. It is not sold, shared, or added to any marketing list, because there is no marketing list.

What this site does not do

There is no account to create, no payment taken on this site, no newsletter signup, and no advertising pixel. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.

Your rights

You are dealing with a business established in France, so the GDPR applies. You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, or ask for a copy. Email the address above and Dipikaa will answer.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
